Personal Training
One to One Personal Training sessions gets the most from
you in each workout. Every session is varied and tailored
around your personal goals and targets.
Personal Training is both time efficient and convenient
training sessions. That is why your workout will be no more
than 1 hour in duration.
Before any exercise is undertaken there will be a full
consultation. We’ll work through your goals, exercise
history and set some targets. There will also be an optional
benchmarking test. This is so that we can determine your
starting point, from there we will monitor your improvement
through regular re-testing.
These basic tests include; Blood pressure, Resting Heart
Rate, Body composition measurements, Body Fat test, Aerobic
capacity tests and a Functional Movement Screen and many
more.
You can also decide whether you would prefer to train at
home or at a completely private gym in Sutton Valance.
Corporate Classes
We can offer group fitness classes including boxercise and
circuit training for the higher intensity training or we
can offer a simple stretching session for those who want
to de-stress and unwind in a more relaxing environment.
Credo Fitness would supply all of the equipment needed for
the classes for up to 20 participants.

Team Building days
Credo Fitness can offer your company an exciting team building
day based around all those activities you did at school
as a child. We run the Old skool sports day programme that
include activities such as the; sack race, 3 –legged
relay, welly throwing, penalty shoot out and many more fun
games.
Children’s
Activity Day
Fancy a change and variety for your child’s birthday
party? Well, Credo Fitness can offer you an enjoyable few
hours where you can relax, as we will look after the children
and get them having fun in friendly competitive team building
environment.
We can offer a variety of sporting activities or a simple
football party. We have the space and grass football pitch
available to us and all this could end with an optional
BBQ.
Residential/Nursing
home keep fit class
We have discovered that even though some residents maybe
in wheelchairs or unable to stand without assistance, everyone
can benefit from a light keep fit session. We are currently
operating in the Poplars Nursing Home. We run two 30 minute
sessions with 10-12 residents taking part per class. We
are working on joint stability, mobility, posture and muscular
strength and have a bit of fun as well. Some residents will
be unable to complete some of the exercises but we do our
best to find them an alternative.
